Position Summary

The Catering Client Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate order processing, exceptional customer service, and seamless execution of delivery and workplace dining orders. This position serves as the liaison between clients, the sales team, and operations, ensuring every event or order meets Blue Plate’s high standards while contributing to the company’s financial success.

Beyond administrative and operational support, this role is responsible for helping Sales Consultants achieve their financial goals and contributing to the overall team revenue objectives. The Client Services Coordinator will also have an individual revenue goal, reinforcing the importance of understanding sales performance, client retention, and revenue impact.

Essential Functions :

Client & Order Management :

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process catering and delivery orders in accordance with client needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Create customized proposals using the Delivery Menu, incorporating staffing, equipment, and dietary requirements when needed.
• Manage order modifications, special requests, and last-minute changes, ensuring seamless execution.
• Maintain awareness of financial goals related to order volume and revenue impact.
