Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Vascular Technologist for a job in Lewes, Delaware.

Position Summary :

Responsible for assessing, evaluating care and administering non-invasive tests for patients with vascular disease in a cost-effective manner. You are expected to work variable hours including weekend and Holiday call coverage. This position reports to the Manager of Cardiac and Vascular Services.

    • Education & Experience Requirements :

  • BLS certification
  • ARDMS-RVT
  • Associates Degree in related field

    • Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Vascular Procedures including : Carotid Duplex, Venous Duplex, Arterial duplex (graft potencies, peripheral arteries, renal and mesenteric arteries), Upper and lower ext. PVR's, TOS, PPG, PTP and vasospasm studies.
  • Physical Assessment. Patient Teaching. Computer Order Entry. Education / Training. Personal Education. Equipment Operations. Problem Solving. Timely Functions. Cost containment. Customer Service. Preliminary Interpretations
  • Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
  • Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
  • Etc.
