Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of complex inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
Guide customers through interactions using active listening and ensure their needs are fully understood
Document customer interactions and ensure a cohesive customer journey while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Previous call center experience required; health or pharmacy benefit experience preferred
Experience using multiple systems simultaneously while assisting customers preferred
Previous customer service experience within pharmacy operations is helpful
Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a bonus
