We are seeking an End-to-End Integration Lead to drive large-scale, cross-team integration efforts across multiple systems and technologies. This role requires someone who can balance technical depth with program-level coordination - someone comfortable leading test strategies, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing communications across many touchpoints.
This is a W-2 contract role working with a Fortune 50 enterprise org . There is potential for long-term growth and additional opportunities, based on performance and business needs. This a remote position requiring candidates to be located in the Atlanta, GA metro area. The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $60-$65 / hr.
What you'll do :
- Partner with Architecture Principals, Product Managers, Application Development Managers, and Engineers as part of a cross-functional engineering team
- Create and manage test strategies for complex, multi-team, multi-system, multi-technology E2E testing efforts
- Lead a team of engineers running E2E integration activities
- Remain hands-on in test execution (20–30% of the time)
- Analyze, design, and optimize systems and environments; participate in design reviews
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues across multiple technology disciplines and teams
- Understand and map data flows / configurations to analyze complex issues
- Proactively evaluate risks, provide impact analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Organize and manage daily stand-ups, planning sessions, troubleshooting meetings, and leadership reporting
- Provide accurate, timely status updates to program leadership / stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding new E2E engineers
- Build system diagrams for core process flows to support test planning, troubleshooting, and future testing
- Identify and document process improvements and create knowledge documentation
- Strategize and create stories; lead grooming sessions for automation initiatives
Requirements
