Senior IT Contract Specialist

The Senior IT Contract Specialist in Supply Chain for IT Procurement is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for managing all phases of a contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to administration and closeout. They ensure contracts comply with regulations, protect the organization's interests, and are fulfilled by all parties. This role involves a combination of legal, business, and communication skills.

Essential Functions :

• Creating, reviewing, and negotiating medium complexity supplier contract language, terms, and conditions to ensure they are clear, concise, and legally sound.
• Collaborate with legal, category, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts align with company policies and objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and performance tracking.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Drive and support strategic sourcing initiatives by providing contractual guidance and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in contract management systems.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract terms, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor market and regulatory changes that may impact contract terms or supplier relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
