700 new patients annually

Patient mix : Adults & Pediatrics

Payor mix : PPO, Medicaid, Cash

Solo-dentist model with full autonomy

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $30,000 Monthly Guarantee (based on experience / location)

Bonus potential for production above target

Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

CE & Malpractice reimbursement

Business support : Credentialing, Marketing, HR, Billing

✅ What We're Looking For :

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Texas Dental License

Active DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications

Proficient in extractions and endodontics

Comfortable treating patients of all ages

Texas Medicaid credentialed (or eligible)

A positive, team-oriented approach to care
