Our ideal candidate will be confident running diagnostics equipment to identify and complete automotive repairs to electrical and software systems. $25 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach
• Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships
• Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools
• Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics
• Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections on incoming used vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance, including brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Prepare used vehicles for resale by ensuring they meet dealership and state safety standards.
• Accurately document all work performed and parts used in repair orders.
• Collaborate with service advisors and used car managers to prioritize repairs and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines.
