Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst

Location : Remote (with monthly travel to office)

Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, with the ability to create detailed financial reports from scratch and provide clear insights into return on investment (ROI) . This is a hands-on role requiring independence, analytical depth, and the ability to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting models , providing accurate and timely financial projections.

Create, analyze, and present detailed financial reports from scratch to support decision-making.

Conduct ROI analyses to evaluate business initiatives, capital projects, and investments.

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.

Track, analyze, and report on key financial and business performance metrics.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, offering proactive solutions and recommendations.

Operate independently while collaborating across functions to ensure alignment of financial goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

5+ years of financial analysis experience , with proven success in budgeting and forecasting.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to create reports from the ground up.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
