Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

  • Build strong partnerships with physicians, staff, and patients to promote seamless, relationship-based care.
  • Engage in shared governance and empower staff to contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Resolve conflicts proactively and maintain a positive, motivating work environment.

  • Mentor and coach nursing leaders and staff to advance their skills and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of lifelong learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in community outreach, committees, and quality improvement initiatives.

    • 🔬 Evidence-Based Practice

  • Promote nursing research, evidence-based practice, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable improvements in outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Education : BSN required; Master’s degree in Nursing preferred (or MSN if Bachelor’s is non-nursing).
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management experience required.
  • Licensure : Active RN license (Single State or Compact) in Georgia.
  • Certifications : Current BLS certification required.
  • Skills :

    • Proven leadership, communication, and change management abilities.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare operations.
  • Skilled in systems thinking, team collaboration, and risk management.
