Key Responsibilities
Provide bilingual patient support for scheduling, reschedules, and cancellations
Process medical record requests and manage care plan adjustments
Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to resolve patient escalations
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
0-1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles
Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven remote environment
Availability to work part-time consistently within assigned hours
