Job Title : Executive Director of Development

The Executive Director of Development reports to the Vice President of Advancement and manages annual giving, major gifts, and capital campaigns; this role is charged with meeting the organization's targets and contributing to the overall growth of philanthropy with a reasonably sized prospect pool; this individual has a rich fund development background and has a strong track record of successful management.

The employee will experience frequent travel by car with occasional overnight stays. Some exposure to outside weather conditions in the course of travel.
