Employment Ad – Property Maintenance Technician

Righter’s Auto Repair – Michigan

Righter’s Auto Repair is a family-owned business with three automotive repair locations and one office location. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and professional for both our employees and customers.

Position Details

  • Job Title : Property Maintenance Technician
  • Type : Full-Time, Hourly
  • Schedule : Monday – Friday, regular business hours
  • Compensation : Up to $38.00 per hour , based on experience
  • Location : Servicing our three repair shop locations and office (all in Michigan)
  • Tools / Equipment : All equipment and tools provided

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Perform lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal for all business locations.
  • Handle building systems maintenance , including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Complete minor construction projects and facility repairs as needed.
  • Assist with installation and relocation of automotive car lifts and shop equipment.
  • Ensure all properties are safe, well-maintained, and up to company standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Prior property / building maintenance experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general construction.
  • Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools (training provided if necessary).
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and install heavy shop equipment (including car lifts).
