About The Position

Our client, a hospital in Mississippi, is seeking a Locum Physician specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine for a 42-day assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be available to start in March 2025, working clinic hours from 8am-5pm on weekdays and covering 24-hour weekend call (Friday morning to Monday morning) as second call. The position involves managing high-risk pregnancies, including twins and diabetic patients, reviewing ultrasounds for Anatomy Scans, Biophysical Profiles, and Growth Scans. There may be rare instances of assisting with normal deliveries when on call. The schedule is flexible, ideally covering two weeks per month with options for additional coverage.
