Job Description : The Well Site Coordinator is responsible to plan, coordinate and integrate Product Lines at the wellsite to deliver a safe and reliable service. They do not provide technical or operational recommendations to the customer. They provide clear leadership in every aspect of HSE protection, ensuring safe working practices are used at the well site by all Schlumberger Product Lines and align all stakeholders at the wellsite to ensure awareness and readiness for optimum execution of operations.
- Participates in safety and operations meetings that are related to well operations.
- Update forecast and planned activity to anticipate resource requirements meet well demands and provide optimum service efficiency.
- Check that equipment, personnel and services comply with the contract.
- Manage proper inventory of Schlumberger tangibles such as, but not limited to, cement, barite, bits, as well as rental equipment, and coordinate with PL OP and third-party suppliers as needed.
- Acts as the Schlumberger focal point for the client on the well site, and communicates and coordinates with the Product Lines involved in the Project.
- Monitor well operational progress against the approved operational program, and reports any deviation or delay. Ensure compliance with Schlumberger policies and integrated PL standards, including integrated PL standing orders in accordance with the bridging document signed between Schlumberger and the customer.
- Manage and monitor operations communications with the goal of ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed and service providers are lacking any information that they need to perform their services.
- Prepares and communicates accurate daily reports of all well activities, in the relevant business system.
- Ensure adequate handover to their relief.
- Ensure support to other functional processes and PLs with proper handoffs at key interfaces.
Experience and Skills : Minimum 10 years of offshore experience in deep water HP drilling environments.
Budget and Compensation :
Payment applies only during offshore rotation.No conversion to FTE anticipated.Top 3 skills :
Well Site Leader experience in Gulf of America.Preferred 15k+ pressure drilling / cementing experience.Soft Skills; a leader guiding and supporting to change traditional way of working. This is an Alliance agreement, therefore instead of Operator - Service Company relationship we are looking for partnership behavior.Certifications : TWIC and HUET required.
