Exciting Opportunity : $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! (3-year commitment for external applicants with over 1 year of experience)

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care by implementing procedures and theories specific to your area of practice.
• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop tailored care plans based on individual and family needs.
• Continuously evaluate and modify care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients to resolve issues and enhance care.
• Delegate tasks to healthcare team members and validate their completion throughout your shift.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and patient interactions.
• Administer medications while adhering to the five rights : Right Patient, Right Medication, Right Route, Right Dose, and Right Time.
• Promote a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and healing.
• Utilize critical thinking to assess patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
