Warranty Claims Specialist

A company is looking for a Warranty Writer to process complex manufacturer warranty claims and electronic repair orders remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process complex vehicle warranty claims and electronic repair orders within designated timeframes

Reconcile and correct rejected claims efficiently and timely

Contact OEMs for necessary approvals and adjustments in accordance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED

At least 2 years of administrative experience

Prior auto and / or dealership experience preferred

Minimum of 1 year warranty claim-related experience
