POSITION DETAILS AND DUTIES
FULL-TIME POSITION; EIGHT (8) HOURS PER DAY; TWELVE (12) MONTHS PER YEAR.
BASIC FUNCTION : The job of Nutrition Services Coordinator is to coordinate the overall District food preparation, production, delivery, and service operations and related activities; supervise, train, coordinate, and organize staff; provide information to others; and implement and maintain services within established guidelines and standards. This job reports to a designated administrator.

MANAGER FOOD-SAFE TY CERTIFICATION : For convenience, information on agencies that offer the Food Safety Certification for Managers is provided as a resource. The District is not affiliated with these agencies.

The tentative examination process may include application screening, initial qualifications screening, supplemental trainings, documentation / certification screening, written examination, performance examination, illustration examination and / or oral examination. Candidates will receive notification of exam date / time. It is the candidate's responsibility to provide correct contact information. Failure to participate may result in termination. Examinations will be weighted by relevance to job criteria.

EXAMINATION PROCESS

EXAMINATION REVIEW PROCESS
To review examination results, submit the Examination Review Form within seven (7) working days of the result notice. Forms are available from Classified Personnel.
ELIGIBILITY LIST EXPIRATION
Eligibility lists typically expire after one year, but may be extended or shortened. Eligible candidates testing for the same classification before expiration may have lists merged; the most recent score applies. It is the candidate's responsibility to monitor eligibility status.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Maintain all licenses and certifications required for the position.
SELECTIVE CERTIFICATION
Some positions may require language ability in addition to English. Certification and appointment will be made from among the highest three eligibles as per Personnel Commission Rules.
