Our company, a leader in its industry for 20 years with a great product and an exceptional track record, is seeking a hands-on, strategic, and highly collaborative Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the private owners, the CFO will serve as a valued executive leader responsible for the entire financial health of the organization, managing our current phase of tremendous growth. This is a key leadership role for a true people person who can mentor a small, dedicated finance and accounting team while serving as a strategic partner to the ownership and executive team.

Base pay range : $175,000.00 / yr - $210,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership : Function as a key member of the Executive Team, providing strategic recommendations and data-driven insights to ownership
• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 6 (including the Controller), fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Direct all budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
• Financial Operations Oversight : Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including the monthly close, financial reporting, revenue, expenses / payables, and internal controls
• Technological & Process Excellence : Champion systems modernization and process improvements. Evaluate and integrate new technology to streamline workflows and enhance financial accuracy
