• Base Compensation :
• $220,000- $250,000 annually _(plus significant bonus potential)_
• Benefits :
• Employer covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance costs for employees and 75% of those costs for family members
• Employer fully funds HSA contributions (single or family) up to the IRS limit
• 3% employer match on employee retirement contributions

• Billable Hour Requirement :
• 1,400 annually

• Minimum Qualifications :
• Montana State Bar License plus at least 5 years of transactional experience. Experience with tax law preferred.
