A company is looking for a Project Coordinator, Customer Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions from contract to site launch
Act as the central point of contact, building trust and guiding clients through key deliverables
Facilitate customer activation and adoption while collecting feedback to improve onboarding processes
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
1-3+ years of experience in customer support or customer success in a SaaS environment
Prior experience with customer onboarding is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience working remotely or with distributed teams is preferred
