We are open to junior attorneys with a passion for supporting clients in this area of law.

Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on trust and estate planning, probate administration, estate tax matters, and asset protection strategies.
• Draft, review, and finalize a variety of legal documents, including wills, trusts, power of attorney forms, and healthcare directives.
• Oversee trust administration and handle probate cases, ensuring full compliance with California state and federal regulations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions related to estate disputes, as needed.
• Provide customized legal counsel to high-net-worth individuals and families managing complex estates.
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients to explain legal options, update them on case progress, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay informed about changes in laws that impact estate planning, trusts, and probate to deliver accurate and current legal advice.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
• Proven expertise in probate and estate administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning, estate law, and asset protection strategies.
• Experience handling estate tax matters, including preparing estate tax returns.
• Strong background in probate law and litigation.
• Ability to manage complex cases for high-net-worth clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and stakeholders.
