What You'll Do :

• Deliver hands-on care and personal support to residents
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake / output, and resident behavior
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Communicate effectively with nurses, staff, and families
