We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support, Return Mail Processor (Tier II) on a contract basis. This role involves handling returned mail and ensuring its accurate logging and processing, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Based in West Henrietta, New York, you will work independently to manage tasks efficiently and contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll services.
Responsibilities :
- Receive and organize returned mail, accurately logging it into the system.
- Prepare and send out replacement packages in a timely and organized manner.
- Contact clients as needed to verify and update business addresses.
- Follow established guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize software platforms, including Salesforce and Adobe Flex, to perform data entry and track mail processes.
- Maintain a basic understanding of job-related tasks and tools to ensure consistent performance.
- Perform additional data entry assignments as required to support team operations.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Lift and handle mail packages weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all processes.
- Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles.
- Familiarity with software platforms like Salesforce and Adobe Flex.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using HRIS systems.
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance at the work location.
- Capacity to lift and handle packages weighing between 10-20 pounds.
