Pay Information

$150 to $175 per hour

About The Position

Obstetrics and Gynecology Locums Physician - California

PRN OB / GYN call coverage opportunity in Visalia, California, near Fresno, with flexible scheduling and strong team support.

Highlights

  • 24-hour call, pick up 5 to 10 shifts per month
  • Two providers on call at all times for shared workload
  • Fast credentialing in 30 to 60 days with case logs
  • Long-term locums option with consistent scheduling

Practice Setting

  • Federally Qualified Health Center with hospital privileges
  • Full OB / GYN scope with surgical and imaging support onsite
  • OB backup always available
  • High-volume labor and delivery environment

    • Schedule

  • PRN call only, you choose your coverage days
  • Call taken from home or hotel
  • Optional clinic work available for physicians also taking call
  • Coverage needed across all days of the week

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Labor and delivery including C-sections
  • Office procedures such as paps, biopsies, IUDs, and Nexplanon
  • GYN surgeries preferred but not required
  • Must be comfortable managing unassigned OB patients

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active California license and DEA
  • ACLS certification

    • Travel and Accommodations

  • All-inclusive rate covers any travel or lodging costs
