Active New York State RN License – Required

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience – Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required

Experience caring for ventilator-dependent residents preferred

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to make sound independent decisions while maintaining collaboration with supervising staff
