PAP Specialist

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist for a part-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive PAP equipment by scheduling appointments and providing usage instructions

Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims to maintain compliance

Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, encouraging compliance with equipment usage

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services

Two years of work-related experience for senior-level positions, including one year of exact job experience

Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
