How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Global Operations Equipment group, the Final Test Manufacturing Engineer provides front line leadership for a team of production technicians. In this role, you will own responsibility for all elements of manufacturing quality in their assigned area within the Ft. Worth Locomotive plant (TXL). For our Final Test area, the Manufacturing Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems by working with teams to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and design.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience)
• Due to the production and process supervisory nature of this role, it is not available for remote work.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between

$67,400.00-$96,000.00

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com .
