This position reports directly to the Asphalt Paving Crew Chief and is responsible for leading multiple paving crews and assisting in the management of various paving projects. The role requires hands-on experience and a strong practical knowledge of all aspects of asphalt paving, particularly in managing large-scale or complex projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, coordination skills, and a deep understanding of the city best practices to ensure high-quality project execution.

Minimum Qualifications
Four years of asphalt operations experience.
Or equivalent in any type of construction, installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, material transportation or materials application work, the ability to effectively operate an electronically controlled paving screed and supervisory experience.

The full salary range for this position is $44.44 - $48.12 per hour.
