Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement and contracting services, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations
Draft, negotiate, and amend contracts while resolving contractual issues and risks
Provide procurement-related training and support to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience leading complex procurements among diverse vendors and stakeholders
Experience drafting solicitations and contracts in compliance with applicable regulations
Knowledge of public purchasing laws and guidelines
Five years of relevant professional experience preferred
