• An RN license in the state you work.\n
• A graduation certificate from an accredited nursing program.\n
• Prior experience in Home Health nursing is required.\n
• Previous OASIS experience is a must.\n
• At least one year of RN experience demonstrating clinical competence in patient care.\n
• A current driver's license with the ability to spend 20% of your day driving to and from patient locations.\n
• A commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting consistently.\n
• Strong self-management skills for time and scheduling.\n
