About the Position : We're looking for an outgoing Leasing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has passion for people & a desire to grow and learn.

Job Duties Include :

• Leasing apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant
• Providing excellent service to all prospective and current residents
• Performing administrative tasks such as file maintenance
• Assisting with social media postings
• Planning and participating in fun resident activities
