Program Manager
Our Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital is seeking to hire a part-time Program Manager to support our Bringing Baby Home Training Program. In this dynamic role, you'll help drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure smooth coordination across hospital departments and stakeholders. Primary duties include :
- Lead and manage projects aligned with hospital goals using lean methodology
- Track progress, analyze performances, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Support daily operations, meetings, and events for the department
- Handle administrative tasks including billing, travel, scheduling, and onboarding
- Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient office and program functioning
