We are looking for a dynamic and experienced outside Account Executive to join our B2B sales team. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key business clients, cultivating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact South Eastern Michigan business in person and enlist them in the program
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B networking ,cold calling, and other sales tactics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and offer innovative solutions to clients
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maximize revenue potential
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, offering training and mentorship to help them achieve their goals
Qualifications :
Confident in person B2B presentation SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
