Join one of the most experienced teams in the country in Mergers & Acquisitions in the cannabis space, having structured, negotiated and closed transactions across many states on both the buy and sell sides.

The Technology Licensing Practice enables the firm to structure major product acquisitions and negotiate the sale of core technologies and IP assets.

Seeking a highly motivated 4-6 year Corporate Associate to join the team at New England's premier law firm for tech and emerging companies.

Qualifications :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • 4-6 years of experience in Corporate, M&A
