Position : Designer / Drafter

Location : Woodland, WA

Pay : $25-$30+ per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

What You’ll Do :

We are seeking a Drafter / Designer to support our production and project management teams. In this role, you’ll :

Create and revise technical drawings and shop drawings for concrete products

Work closely with Project Managers and Production to ensure accurate and timely designs

Translate specifications and sketches into detailed CAD drawings

Communicate effectively across departments to support successful project execution

Maintain organized drawing files and documentation

What You Need to Have :

The Musts :

In-person CAD drafting experience (AutoCAD or similar required)

Strong understanding of construction or manufacturing drawings

Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred :

Experience in concrete, precast, or structural design

Knowledge of construction industry terminology and standards

Familiarity with project-based environments or manufacturing workflows
