Job Summary :
The Assistant Track Coach supports the Head Coach in managing the track program, focusing on developing players' athletic skills, teamwork, and personal character.
The coach helps lead practices, coordinate game strategies, and foster a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and academic success.
Qualifications :
- Employment as a teacher or coach with a valid Iowa Coaching certificate or coaching endorsement.
- Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for performing the tasks listed.

Instruct participants in the fundamental skill, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.Provide students with instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, self-confidence, and self- esteem.Develop sound public relations by cooperating with media & Booster ClubsCooperate and communicate with parentsPromote all activities in the school program attempting to foster school spiritShow an interest in athletes in off-season activities and classroom effortsBe prompt and organizedProvide leadership that produces positive attitudes and resultsReport to the Activities DirectorSalary : Per Schedule
