The ENA Emergency Nurse Residency Program at Clovis Community Medical Center is a state-of-the-art training initiative designed to enhance the skills, confidence, and well-being of new nurses in our Emergency Department (ED). This 18 to 20-week comprehensive program is not just about skill development; it's about fostering a nurturing environment where nurses can thrive professionally and personally. It is tailored to ensure our nurses are well-equipped to handle the ED's unique challenges, all while serving our mission of delivering exceptional care.\n\nWhen you join our recently expanded ED, you will join the dynamic team that serves over 200 patients per day.
