Servers with exceptional customer service and enjoy being a part of a team who works with our senior residents, then come and check us out! This is not just a server position. Highlights of the Sever Position :

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
• Dishwashing
• Aiding Chefs with Meal Prep
• Conversing pleasantries with residents and families
• Going above and beyond to deliver great customer service to our residents in order to create a home-like atmosphere
