Job Description

The Parts & Service Director oversees all aftersales operations, ensuring seamless workflow, strong financial performance, and top-tier service quality. This role requires leadership, process management, and a drive to grow both departments while fostering a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, coach, and develop Parts and Service Managers, Advisors, and Technicians.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
  • Oversee budgets, KPIs, and P&L performance to meet dealership goals.
  • Control parts inventory, service scheduling, and warranty administration.
  • Maintain compliance with OEM and dealership policies.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with Sales to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in Powersports, Marine, or Automotive dealership management (Parts & Service).
  • Proven ability to drive profitability and operational success.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (Lightspeed, CDK, Dealertrack, etc.).
  • Passion for Powersports and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
