Our Founder's Concierge team are a constant presence of excellence around the Club's operation and are the faces of outstanding hospitality for our highest tier of membership known as Founder Membership. As a Founder's Concierge, you will anticipate Founder Member needs and collaborate with their team and all Club departments to provide an exceptional experience for them and their guests.

About The Ned :

The Ned and Ned's Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

After launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to have opened Ned's Club in the US Capital in 2025, our fourth and newest location.

The property :

Ned's Club Washington, D.C. is a private members' club set over three floors of the old Walker Building, a neoclassical building situated within President's Park at 734 15th Street NW. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.

As a key part of our membership team, reporting into the Senior Founder's Concierge you will :

• Be the first point of contact for Founding Members queries, helping them to plan and book their visits
• Engage Founder Members and their team or guests with all of their needs while in the club and in the local area
• Have exceptional knowledge and passion for all that the Club has to offer, so you can make thoughtful and genuine recommendations
• Work closely with all departments to assist Founder Members in getting the reservations they need to make their visits memorable
• Keep yourself up to date with the best that Washington, DC has to offer, recommending and booking the best experiences
• Collaborate with the membership team to ensure Founders are integrated into the larger member experience eco system
• Build rapport with our Founder Members over time, learning their preferences and what makes for an amazing experience
