About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Live Chat or Tele Chat Support professional to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service through live chat or tele chat platforms. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires proficient English communication skills and a passion for resolving customer inquiries efficiently and with empathy.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat or tele chat, providing helpful and accurate information.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to offer tailored solutions to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately into the system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary.
  • Meet established performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay up-to-date with updates and changes to company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude to create a seamless support experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with live chat or tele chat platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer queries with tact and professionalism.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while managing multiple chat conversations or tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time capacity with rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers in finding resolutions to their issues.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Remote (Los Angeles, California, US))
