Why Join Us Competitive annual salary ranging from $370,000 $430,000 Full-time, permanent opportunity with comprehensive benefits Mission-driven team focused on quality outcomes and patient experience Collaborative environment with advanced practice providers, specialists, and allied health professionals Opportunities for professional growth, peer review, and leadership involvement Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in clinic, inpatient, and outpatient settings Obtain pertinent health histories and conduct thorough physical examinations Formulate diagnoses, develop care plans, and communicate effectively with patients and families Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with federal and state guidelines Document patient encounters accurately in the NextGen electronic health record or other required systems Perform cardiology procedures within scope of training and experience Review and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, EKGs) and follow up promptly Collaborate with case management, specialists, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes Supervise Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as assigned Participate in peer review, provider meetings, quality assurance, outreach, and patient education initiatives Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical school Board Certified (current) or Board Eligible in Cardiology Active and unrestricted California medical license Current Federal DEA registration Additional credentials as required by specialty Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
