RNs assess patient health, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nAssess patient health, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.\nAdminister prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.\nDevelop, implement, and update patient care plans.\nEducate patients and families on health conditions and wellness practices.\nParticipate in multidisciplinary care teams to plan and implement care strategies.\nMaintain accurate patient records and comply with health regulations.\n\nKnowledge and Skills\n\nKnowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.\nAbility to perform physical assessments and recognize changes in patient condition.\nProficiency in administering medications and treatments safely.\nStrong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas.\n\nSatisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series.
