ALL Required Licenses and Certifications : WI PT License, AHA BLS

Required Experience : at least 1 year Outpatient or Inpatient

Current Patient Ratio :   45' appts; 9-10 visits / day

Primary Case / Procedure Types :   Primarily outpatient, some inpatient / swingbed (less than 10%)

Billing : Monday - Sunday

GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
