Ideal Background :

4+ years of experience practicing labor & employment law in Washington.

Proven experience advising and representing clients in :

Employment-related commercial litigation

Drug and alcohol issues in the workplace

EEO compliance

Employee disciplinary matters

Retaliation, whistleblower, and wrongful termination claims

Sexual and other forms of unlawful harassment claims

Washington Bar admission required.

Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated professionalism, collaborative mindset , and desire for long-term career growth.
