Job Title : IT Warehouse Sprecialist

Location : Carrollton, TX (On-site)

Duration : Up to 12 months (potential for long-term transition)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, Standard CST Business Hours (Open to early morning shifts)

Overview :

We are looking for IT Warehouse Support Technicians to assist with basic IT hardware handling and endpoint deployment tasks in a warehouse-style environment. This is an entry-level, hands-on role that involves device preparation, asset tracking, and shipping coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Unbox laptops and run basic pre-staging setup.
Re-box devices after staging for shipment or redeployment.
Handle incoming and outgoing hardware shipments (UPS / FedEx.)
Clean, grade, and sort IT devices for disposal, redeployment, or stock.
Update asset information and status in internal systems (e.g., CMDB).
Print shipping labels and manage physical asset tagging.
Organize and shelve inventory based on asset status (e.g., on-hold, legal hold, stock).
Collaborate with on-site lead to manage tasks and priorities.
Perform basic data entry related to asset handling (some tickets may come via ServiceNow).

Requirements :

Ability to lift and move hardware as needed

Comfortable with basic computer operations

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Prior experience in a warehouse, IT staging, or asset management environment is a plus

Not a fit for candidates with advanced IT backgrounds (e.g., CompSci grads seeking technical roles)
