Senior Program Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst - Submarine Industrial Base Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a senior strategic advisor focusing on strengthening the submarine manufacturing and sustainment industrial base

Identify, develop, and execute new strategies and initiatives to support submarine and maritime industrial base development

Manage stakeholder relationships and perform detailed analysis of industrial base and strategic environments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, management, or a relevant field

10+ years supporting Navy programs, preferably in submarine shipbuilding or defense acquisition initiatives

Expert ability to assess and coordinate efforts between government and industry stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for strategic analysis and communication

Current DoD security clearance - minimum Secret, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment
