What's the Role?
Join our team in New York, our Global Headquarters, where you'll be a vital part of the Electronic Trade Desk servicing clients trading Foreign Exchange (FX) electronically via Bloomberg. You'll provide thoughtful and accurate solutions to incoming client queries, leveraging a deep understanding of both buy-side and sell-side FX trading workflows.
- Deliver exceptional client service to maintain client relationships and drive adoption of the FXGO product suite by conducting training sessions, managing projects, and channeling client feedback to internal stakeholders to help iterate on product development.
- Facilitate communication with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to ensure client issues are accurately escalated and resolved.
- Serve as a trusted partner to FXGO clients, including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, corporates, and vendors partners.
You'll Need To Have
2–5 years of experience in Foreign Exchange : Client Services, Trade Support, Middle / Back Office teams within a reputable buy-side / sell-side institution or corporate treasuries; Experience working at single- or multi-bank FX trading platforms is a strong advantageA Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or universityLegal authorization to work full-time in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorshipOur Ideal Candidate Would Have

Strong written and verbal English (Spanish and / or Portuguese a plus). Comfortable creating and delivering impactful presentations for internal and client-facing audiences (e.g., PowerPoint).Effective multitasking and time management Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adjusting to shifting priorities. Able to balance multiple responsibilities—such as client conversations, product trainings, and project-based work—with focus and flexibility.Analytical mindset with technical aptitude Approaches problems with curiosity and structured thinking.
