Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Account Manager. Located in Anderson / Greenville, SC, the role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Account Manager will handle account renewals, provide exceptional customer service, manage insurance policies, and maintain effective communication with clients. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

Account Management and Customer Service skills

Knowledge of Commercial Insurance policies and practices

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in sales and client relationship management

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

1-5 years Commercial Insurance experience

Experience in Applied / Epic

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
