Data Entry

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Data Entry Associate in South San Francisco Area. This is a remote position but must live close to the office for occasional meetings.

Work Schedule : Monday- Friday  8 : 00am- 5 : 00pm.

Hourly pay range :   $19.50- 24.50 per hour  DOE

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions :

Data Entry- Claims

Maintain accuracy and integrity of data base and spreadsheets.

Enter non-claim mail into the designated database

Facilitate the assignment and review of provider disputes

Complete claim, TAR, PDR and check status requests from Providers as requested or required.

Research basic claim information and handle appropriately.

Prepare and update electronic files and records.

Maintain files including scanning and filing.

Administrative support as requested by staff

Maintain office supplies and prepare office supply purchase orders.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience equivalent to :

High school diploma, GED or equivalent

One (1) or more years of clerical office experience.

Knowledge of :

Personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

General clerical processes and procedures.
